Managing Partner
William F. Davis, CFP®
Teaching and training are fundamentals of Bill’s professional and personal life, both as a financial advisor and a coach.
After receiving an undergraduate degree from La Salle University and a graduate degree from Temple University, he returned to both colleges as an adjunct professor.
While working within the training and learning department with investment firm Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia, Bill realized the need for comprehensive, fee-only financial planning and was encouraged by his manager to pursue an advisory career – that was in 2010. And he has never looked back.
Bill has since built his practice client-by-client, in financial planning roles for both Apex Financial Advisors and Ameriprise Financial Services. In 2023, Bill joined Vericrest Private Wealth as a Managing Partner.
He has completed the Financial Planning Program at The American College and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor™ designations, as well as the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license.
Outside of the Office
Bill is a former Executive Board Member of the Langhorne Athletic Association, where he coached baseball and softball for 17 seasons (2007-2025); Bill also coached softball for the Newtown Rock Softball Association (2015-2022).
Currently, Bill is actively involved in the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, running their monthly mastermind group (B.O.S.S. Roundtable).
Bill is also involved in a local charity, A Love For Life, helping to raise money for pancreatic cancer research as well as the Going Beyond Assistance Program.
Client Services Manager
Olivia Lodgek
Olivia joined Vericrest in 2025 as Client Services Manager, where she plays an important role in supporting the client experience and helping ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
She works closely with the advisory team to assist clients, coordinate service needs, and help maintain the high level of care and responsiveness that Vericrest is known for. Olivia is currently completing her bachelor’s degree while building her career in the financial services industry.
